In fact, during his time in the State Senate, Addabbo has only passed three bills into law. And some of his bills make no sense: like “sensitivity training” for the members of the New York National Guard and money for parrot adoptions.

While Addabbo claims to speak up for us in the State Senate, he only averages 10 spoken words per day of work. With his $79,500 base salary, Addabbo gets paid $35.50 per word. Even worse, Addabbo “earned” $12,500 in taxpayer funded bonus pay for chairing a committee that held only four meetings. That’s $3,125 per meeting.

• Voted for the MTA payroll tax – creating a new tax on every Westchester business, school and non-profit.

• Did not support a pension reform bill that would save taxpayers $300 million.

• Supported eliminating New Rochelle’s property tax cap – causing property taxes in the city to soar.

• Did not support the 2011 property tax cap that provided tax relief for county residents.

From the MTA Payroll tax to eliminating the property tax cap for New Rochelle, to failing to support a state property tax cap, George Latimer has put blind partisanship ahead of New York.

When given the choice to stand up for New York women. Ted O’Brien choose to support his political ally, Judge William Bristol, accused of sexual harassment of female attorneys and court employees – betraying New York women.

O’Brien even accused the female victims as liars by suggesting they were “enemies.”

The evidence against him was so incriminating that the Monroe County Bar Association could not recommend him for re-election because of “substantial credible evidence” of “inappropriate sexual comments or sexual advances.”

Assemblyman George Latimer should be voting on all of the legislation that comes before the New York State Assembly. It’s his job.

But, it was recently revealed that he snuck out of the Assembly Chamber to avoid taking a position on a piece of legislation that was opposed by the union bosses, high priced lobbyists and other special interest groups.

Latimer failed to account for $50,000 in donations on his official campaign finance reports.

Latimer refused to vote on important legislation and walked out of the Assembly Chamber.

Latimer broke his term limits pledge and said he believed in “the concept of term limits but had trouble with it in practice.”

• Accepted Campaign cash from Malaysian-based casino company for his support to bring casinos to New York – bringing criminal, social and economic problems to our area.

• Accepted over $144,000 from union bosses and always votes for the union demands regardless of the cost to the taxpayers.

• Accepted nearly $30,000 in campaign contributions from George Soros, liberal Wall Street Executive who was convicted of insider trading in Europe, and his family.

• Received a $12,500 bonus as a Committee Chair in the Senate, but held only four meetings.

Joseph Addabbo held a glitzy $500 per person fundraiser at Aqueduct Raceway after his political party was investigated for illegally awarding contracts at this very raceway. He even took in thousands of dollars in campaign cash from the Casio builders.
